1) What inspired you to go into gospel music?
I have always loved to sing & play the piano, but after I got saved God changed my desire to sing for him instead of worldly songs.

2) Where do you see our young adults and how do you inspire them to be better Christians?
I tell them to get in the Bible & see what the Word says about any situation or circumstance before they do anything. Also the most important thing you have is your testimony. That's what you leave behind when you die.

3) What is your favorite bible scripture and how has it influenced you?
Psalms 37:4 Delight yourself also in the Lord and he will give thee the desires of thine heart. That's where we got the name for our group, Heart's Desire. I have delighted myself in him & he really has given me the desires of my heart.

4) Who is your favorite gospel group?
Well, I have many. The Happy Goodmans, The Hinsons, The Freemans, The Crabbs....so many great Southern Gospel groups out there.

5) What do you hope to be doing in 10 years?
Still singing for Jesus, if the rapture hasn't come yet!

6) What church do you attend and what activities are in involved in?
Southside Church of God in Carbon Hill, Alabama. I am the piano player & sing with the praise team. I also am the Adult Sunday School teacher. I am President of the Ladies Ministry.

7) How do you believe that your music influences Christians today?
We try to sing songs that will touch people wherever we go. Songs that have a message are really important to us.

8) What is your goal in your ministry?
To see people saved, healed, filled, and encouraged.

9)What projects are you working on now?
We're working with a new guitar player and trying to get ready to go back to the studio to make a new CD.
